Miha Bratina, LL.M.

Miha Bratina is expert in corporate law and restructuring, company law, mergers and acquisitions. He improved his knowledge during his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law in Münster (Germany) and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana and Victoria (Canada).

He was counselor at several best law offices in Slovenia and later counselor in the area of corporate law in one of the most successful multinational corporation in the field of entertainment industry. He continued his career as co-founder of the office for legal and business counseling IUURI, providing legal solutions for both domestic and international corporate clients.

He is noted for his extraordinary knowledge of comparative law and similar legal systems which reflects in his creative thinking and the ability of solving problems in extremely complex legal cases.
